We are gearing up for the start of our season and looking forward to see you all in the gym.  Meet the team will be held Monday January 2,  2023 at 6pm at the Frederick Douglass Center.  At meet the team we will meet our coaches; go over Club rules and expectation; team schedules- Practice and Play; Distribute Uniforms and take pictures.
