Toledo Urban Volleyball Association

Toledo Urban Volleyball Association (TUVA) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to train youth athletes in the sport of Volleyball and to Develop, Educate, and Promote volleyball in its underserved, under-represented youth populations.

Our Association was imagined and founded by Co-Directors Zahra A. Collins and Raychelle Skibinski, two Toledo natives who have a passion for volleyball, our community, and our children. Investing in our community and children is at the forefront of our mission at Toledo Urban Volleyball Association.

We believe in the development of all athletes in our community. Through TUVA and its club entity UrbanVolley419,  we offer training opportunities in the form of clinics, camps, individual and group skill lessons, as well as, league and travel teams for every youth regardless of skill set.  Our goal is to develop athletes to be able to compete at a high level. To develop their confidence in themselves and their abilities to be able to walk into any environment and feel comfortable, and compete successfully.
